This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by SiteCraft Digital Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales, trading as "Kyur"("we", "us", "our"). Payments are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record for many transactions.
Kyur provides bespoke consulting, design, software development, AI integration and automation services. Work typically begins as soon as an engagement is confirmed and is delivered using significant time, expertise and third-party resources that are reserved for you.
If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to cancel certain digital service contracts within 14 days of purchase. By instructing us to begin work before the end of this period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. For services performed in part, we may charge a proportionate amount for the work completed up to the point you informed us of your cancellation.
Most of our services are sold to businesses (B2B). Statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply to business clients.
Free discovery calls can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time at no cost. Paid consultations or audits may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
Deposits and project fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, because they secure our capacity and cover initial discovery, planning and resource allocation. If you choose to cancel an in-progress project, you will be invoiced for all work performed up to the date of cancellation, plus any non-recoverable third-party costs we have committed on your behalf.
Where we have not yet started work on a milestone you have prepaid for, we will refund the unused portion of that milestone at our discretion.
Recurring subscriptions and retainers renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
If we materially fail to deliver a service we have committed to, and we are unable to remedy the issue within a reasonable period after written notice from you, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund of the affected fees. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for non-delivery, subject to the limitations in our Terms of Service.
Please contact us first if you believe a charge is incorrect. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may be considered a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in suspension of Services.
To request a refund or raise a billing issue, email hello@kyur.tech with your order or invoice number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
