After an initial call, we issue a written proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, assumptions, payment schedule and any third-party costs. Work only begins once the proposal is accepted and any required deposit is paid.
Fees are quoted in GBP, USD or EUR depending on your region and are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, which handles tax calculation, collection and remittance where required. Invoices and receipts are issued via Paddle.
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy and the applicable proposal. Recurring retainers can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.
